How Can headache Along With Ear Pain Be Treated?

I have a severe ear ache, neck pain and head pain on right side of my head. Had xray yesterday and no sinus infection or ear infection. What else could be causing this pain? Have already been on augumentin for 10 days, steroids, and this pain is getting worse. Caught a bad cold while in Mexico and my dr dx me with bronchitis on the 15th. I should be feeling better by now.

Hello,

You may be suffering from middle ear infection with sinus congestion leading to headache. Avoid cool drinks and fridge water. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Sinarest twice a day for five days. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist/physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
